Key Responsibilities
- Operate mine equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to:
- Production loaders
- Haul trucks
- Water trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Monitor and adhere to all site safety protocols
- Report hazards, near-misses, or incidents immediately
- Support daily site operations as directed
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- High School Diploma or GED — required to show proof before starting
- Previous experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, or equipment operation preferred
- Must be available for any shift, including weekends, on-call rotation, and overtime
- Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Ability to work with urgency, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks safely
