A reputable local housing company in Crossville is seeking a dependable Renovations Technician to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a wide range of hands-on repair and renovation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of renovation tasks, including repairs, updates, and general property improvements
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor plumbing/electrical work
- Follow project timelines and supervisors instructions
- Communicate progress, needs, or issues promptly and professionally
- Work independently and collaboratively depending on project needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous renovation, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Weekly pay
- Healthcare coverages available
