Job Description: Production Specialist
We are now hiring Production Specialists for a tile manufacturer located in Crossville, TN. In this role, you will be a key part of the production process, ensuring smooth machine operation and maintaining high product quality standards throughout the tile-making process.
Tile production involves several steps—from powdered materials to kiln processing, glazing, and final quality inspection. Production Specialists are vital in keeping the operation efficient, safe, and consistent with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery involved in ceramic tile production
Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production processes
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Follow company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to variable scheduling
