Job Description
We are seeking a Load and Haul Operator in Sherwood, TN.
This position is responsible for performing the operations Production Loader, Haul Trucks, Water Truck, Clean Up Loader, Dozer, and Grader in a safe and most efficient way possible while making every attempt to keep up with whatever rate is needed to keep raw material fed for continuous operation of the plant, mining operations, stockpiling, or material hauling. People in this position are responsible for keeping a clean and safe work place and letting management know promptly of any hazards that they encounter at the operation. Persons holding this position must be trained in all functions of this position, and do
any and all job functions that are needed and that the person is trained to do.
Required Experience: Previous heavy manufacturing and/or mining experience is high preferred. The ability and willingness to work any shift, be on call, overtime, and weekends. Ability to work within a team environment. Good attendance and safe working habits are required. Ability to work multiple tasks at a time and have a strong sense of urgency.
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, demonstrated skills and abilities.
