Lawn Care & Landscaping Laborer - Temporary/Part-Time
Job Description
Location: Crossville, TN
A local lawn care and landscaping company is seeking hardworking and dependable Lawn Care & Landscaping Laborers to join the team on a temporary/part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to keeping residential and commercial properties looking their best.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $14.00+/hour depending on position and experience.
- Hours: Subject to change daily based on workload and weather conditions.
- Position: Part-time, temporary (with potential for full-time depending on business needs).
Duties may vary each day depending on the specific job and company needs, and can include:
- Lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Shrub and hedge trimming, pruning, and cleanup.
- Mulch installation and upkeep.
- General lawn renovations and seasonal clean-up.
- Removal of debris, brush, and yard waste.
- Assisting with other landscaping or property maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Ability to bend, lift, and stand for 100% of the workday.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Hardworking attitude with strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of duties as needed to complete each job.
- Presentable clothing appropriate for daily weather conditions (no holes, tears, or vulgar language).
- Closed-toe shoes required (work boots recommended).
- Company-provided shirt must be worn while on the job.
