Production Technician
Location: Jamestown, TN
Pay & Schedule:3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am / $14.27/hr.
A Jamestown manufacturing facility is now hiring a Production Technician. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced factory environment. Reliable and hardworking candidates who take pride in quality work are encouraged to apply.

Training
- Must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) for approximately 3–6 weeks
- Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Weekly pay schedule
- Opportunities for growth and advancement
- Operate and monitor machines in the production of precision powder metal parts
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout production
- Perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
- Cross-train in multiple departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), which is provided
- Follow all company safety, quality, and attendance policies
- Ability to stand for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable working in dusty or dirty conditions
- Work in areas that are not temperature controlled
- Regularly lift 20–40 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Wear closed-toe shoes at all times on the production floor
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a clean background check
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Commute to work reliably
- Maintain good attendance
