Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a local team in Fairfield Glade. This role requires someone with extensive experience in accounting and bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks, who can step into the position with minimal training and immediately contribute.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger maintenance.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other computer systems to ensure accurate records.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management with financial data as needed.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
- Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience with a strong focus on QuickBooks.
- In-depth knowledge of AP/AR processes.
- Proficiency with computers and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
