Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift:
• 1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for full-time production roles in a dusty but rewarding manufacturing environment. If you’re strong, dependable, and don’t mind getting very dirty, this could be a great long-term fit!
Job Responsibilities:You’ll work in various areas of the production and packaging process, including:

Job Responsibilities:You’ll work in various areas of the production and packaging process, including:
- Stacking bags of charcoal weighing 2–60 lbs. (average is 50 lbs.)
- Folding and Baling – working machines that compress and package the product
- Hand Baling – manually sealing or moving bags
- General Clean-Up – maintaining a safe, organized work area
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and work at a consistent, physical pace
- Must tolerate dusty environments (not suitable for individuals with severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or sensitivity to dust)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation and solid attendance history
- Steel toe shoes required
- Weekly pay
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
