Distribution Associate - Skilled 2nd shift pickerSchedule: 2nd shift: Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM
(one Saturday per month required, overtime as needed)
We’re hiring for a local distribution center seeking an experienced order picker to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in accuracy, and values safety and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for selecting and retrieving products from high-bay storage—up to 30 feet in the air—using a cherry picker, and/or reach trucks while wearing a full body harness.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in accuracy, and values safety and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for selecting and retrieving products from high-bay storage—up to 30 feet in the air—using a cherry picker, and/or reach trucks while wearing a full body harness.
Responsibilities:
- Pick & pull orders – Accurately locate, select, and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations according to order requirements
- Operate equipment – Safely operate cherry pickers, and/or reach trucks to access and transport products
- Maintain warehouse safety & organization – Keep aisles clear, materials organized, and work areas clean and safe
- Lift, move, repeat – Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver items up to 100 lbs. while bending, squatting, and reaching
- Prior experience operating cherry pickers, forklifts, and extenders
- Physically able to lift, move, squat, stoop, and reach throughout an 8–10 hour shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be able to wear a full body harness and work at heights up to 30 feet
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Steel toe shoes required
- Standing required: You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift.
- Manual work: 100% of your time will involve hands-on tasks.
