You’ll be responsible for loading trucks, receiving, sorting, and storing incoming materials, using material handling equipment (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts) to move items into high-bay storage—up to 30 feet in the air—while wearing a full body harness.

What You’ll Do
- Load trucks for UPS within warehouse-Accurately load correct orders in a timely manner onto trucks for shipment.
- Unload, Sort & Store Materials –Accurately receive incoming shipments, sort items by category or location, and place them in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate Equipment – Use Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts to transport and organize materials safely and efficiently.
- Keep It Clean & Organized – Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area by consolidating space, organizing materials, and removing waste.
- Lift, Move, Repeat – Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver items up to 100 lbs. while bending, squatting, and reaching.
What You’ll Need
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Shipping/Receiving experience preferred, including loading and unloading.
- Physically able to lift, move, squat, stoop, and reach throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be able to wear a full body harness and work at heights up to 30 feet.
- Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs. daily and consistently throughout shift.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Standing Required: You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift.
- Manual Work: 100% of your time will involve hands-on tasks.
- Overtime: Occasional overtime including weekends and holidays as needed.
