SmallBiz Staffing is hiring a Distribution Associate for a local distribution facility. This position involves repacking parts into boxes with dunnage to prepare them for shipping. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Repack and organize parts with protective materials (dunnage) for shipment
- Maintain an organized and efficient workstation
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
- Perform repetitive wrist movements and stand for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- 1 year of forklift experience preferred (not required)
- English language proficiency preferred
