We are seeking a motivated, entry-level engineering candidate to support a corporate engineering team at a Crossville manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their engineering career to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and plant operations, with long-term grown potential.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level engineering candidate to support a corporate engineering team at a Crossville manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their engineering career to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and plant operations, with long-term grown potential.
Responsibilities
- Assist the corporate engineer with plant and process-related projects
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Collect, track, and analyze basic production and downtime data
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and documentation
- Gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, maintenance, and engineering processes within a food manufacturing environment
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, or electrical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in manufacturing, plant engineering, or process improvement
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working on the production floor
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within an engineering role
- Steel toe footwear
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Weekly pay
