This role serves as the primary point of contract for customers, manages scheduling, oversees projects from start to finish, and supports crew leaders and technicians to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

A local company is looking for a strong, organized supervisor to oversee daily operations. This role serves as the primary point of contract for customers, manages scheduling, oversees projects from start to finish, and supports crew leaders and technicians to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers before, during, and after projects.
- Meet face-to-face with clients to review service needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Create and manage daily and weekly crew schedules.
- Travel to job sites to oversee projects and ensure proper execution.
- Assign tasks and communicate expectations clearly to crew leaders.
- Monitor job progress and conduct quality control inspections.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards are upheld
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Provide training and ongoing support to crew leaders and technicians
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
