A local tile manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily production and material handling operations. This role follows a rotating schedule of 4 days on/4 days off, with overtime available as needed.
Responsibilities
A local tile manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily production and material handling operations. This role follows a rotating schedule of 4 days on/4 days off, with overtime available as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
- Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products
- Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
- Inspect forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned
- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work a rotating shift (4 days on / 4 days off) and overtime when required
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Weekly pay
- Healthcare coverages available
