Job Description:We’re a rubber manufacturing company seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our night shift team. This position is critical for ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, rubber products, and equipment throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and document materials
- Supply production lines with necessary materials
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in daily safety checks
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues
- Support other warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Proven 1+ years forklift operating experience
- Certification a plus, but not required at time of hire
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
