Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a 2-3 person HVAC crew on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Coordinate daily tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems according to plans and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Identify and troubleshoot installation or system issues in the field
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
- Ensure proper care and use of tools and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HVAC lead or foreman required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small crew
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices
- Must have personal hand tools necessary for the trade
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
