We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Sherwood, TN mining plant. This hands-on position maintains and repairs all plant equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Sherwood, TN mining plant. This hands-on position maintains and repairs all plant equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment
- Conduct electrical work, welding, and troubleshooting
- Maintain conveyor systems, hydraulics, and mobile equipment
- Read blueprints and complete maintenance reports
- Enforce safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards
- Provide on-the-job training as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED (proof required)
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience OR completion of apprenticeship/technical program
- Welding experience required
- Strong diesel mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, and mobile equipment repair
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Available for shift work, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
- 5-7 years heavy maintenance experience in mining/industrial environment
- Associates Degree in Mechanical Technology or Technical Trade School
- Heavy equipment operation experience
- Lift over 50 pounds consistently
- Work at heights up to 120 feet and in confined spaces
- Tolerate extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and fumes
- Work 12-hour shifts during plant outages
