We are seeking a reliable and friendly HR Assistant/Receptionist to join a local manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the Human Resources department.

We are seeking a reliable and friendly HR Assistant/Receptionist to join a local manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the Human Resources department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including basic filing and recordkeeping
- Support HR with documentation, scheduling, and training records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable invoicing
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic administrative and clerical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
- Medical, dental and vision insurance
