This position is ideal for someone handy, independent, and team-oriented.Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with an automated welder on racks, boards, and carts
- Have an electrical mechanical aptitude
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and calipers
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Be familiar with PLC - Allen Bradley; diagnose and troubleshoot
- Read blueprints
- Maintain a strong focus on safety in all tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members and departments
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Hands-on experience with:
- Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Machining, welding, and fabrication
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Industrial environment
- May be hot in summer and cool in winter depending on facility area
- Must be comfortable working in these seasonal conditions
