Job Description
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse in Crossville, TN.
Job Responsibilities:Observe patients and record vital signs, intake/output, other symptoms, and report changes to registered nurse or physician.Assist patients with personal hygiene and other daily living activities as needed.Change dressings, administer treatments, and perform wound care as directed.Assist registered nurses with admissions, transfers and discharges of patients.
Skills Required: Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.Current LPN licensure.Excellent assessment and patient care skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
