SmallBiz Staffing is seeking dependable, safety-focused load and haul operator to support daily mining operations in Anderson, TN. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient production and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in heavy equipment operation or mining environments.

SmallBiz Staffing is seeking dependable, safety-focused load and haul operator to support daily mining operations in Anderson, TN. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient production and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in heavy equipment operation or mining environments.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate mine equipment, including:
- Production loaders
- Haul trucks
- Water trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and operational procedures
- Monitor work conditions and immediately report hazards, near-misses, or incidents
- Support daily site operations as assigned by supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team member to meet production and safety goals
- High School Diploma or GED (proof required prior to start date)
- Previous experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, or equipment operation preferred
- Must be available for any shift, including weekends, on-call rotation, and overtime
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Excellent attendance and dependability
- Ability to work with urgency, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks safely
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, physicals, and MSHA 48-hour
- Steel toe shoes required
- Weekly pay
