Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Perform credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility
- Collaborate with loan officers during the origination process
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout the loan lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other applicable laws
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders to gather required information
- Support underwriters with accurate documentation and analysis
- Keep organized records of all loan-related transactions and communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan processing (Required)
- Knowledge of credit analysis, loan origination, and underwriting
- Familiarity with banking operations and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Strong math skills and proficiency in 10-key typing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to commute to Crossville, TN 38555
