Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay Range: $57,000 – $68,000 (based on experience and education)
Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, is responsible for leading a team of five maintenance technicians in supporting the operation of a high-volume distribution center. This role ensures the efficient maintenance, repair, and improvement of all equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure. The Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and uphold safety standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Regular, reliable attendance and availability for overtime are required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision – Direct, coach, train, and motivate a team of five maintenance technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair – Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair material handling and packaging equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance – Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and automated systems.
- Facility Upkeep – Ensure the structural integrity and general upkeep of the distribution center.
- Innovation & Efficiency – Design, fabricate, or adapt tools and devices to improve safety and streamline operations.
- Resource Management – Maintain adequate tools, parts, and supplies for the maintenance team.
- Auditing & Compliance – Complete preventative maintenance checklists, safety inspections, and facility audits.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on mechanical repair experience (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred)
- Knowledge in specialty areas (electrical, electronics, HVAC, welding, plumbing) preferred
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more employees
