Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including loaders, haul trucks, and water trucks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Monitor worksite safety and promptly report any hazards or incidents
Assist with general site operations and support team needs as directed
Follow company policies and all safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in heavy manufacturing or mining preferred
Must be available for any shift, including on-call, weekends, and overtime
Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Good attendance record and commitment to safety standards
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with urgency and efficiency
