Outside Sales RepresentativeMonday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMReports to the Crossville branch weekly$1,000 base pay every two weeks + commission• 22% commission when meeting quota• 17% commission when below quota
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a well-established company specializing in well pumps, drain pumps, booster pumps, and related equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a strong commission structure, company vehicle, gas card, and company phone. The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship-based sales environment and is comfortable traveling daily to meet with customers across a multi-hour territory.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas
- Travel daily within an assigned territory
- Provide product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Track sales activity and maintain organized records
- Report to the Crossville branch weekly
- Proven outside sales experience
- Knowledge of well pumps, drain pumps, booster pumps, or similar products (strongly preferred)
- Ability to travel daily; comfortable driving extended distances
- Valid driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
