Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mon-Thurs
- Operate roto-molding machines according to production schedule
- Charge molds with correct weight and type of powder
- Add inserts and molded components to molds
- Change molds to meet production requirements
- Inspect parts for quality conformance
- Maintain accurate count of good and scrap parts
- Use measuring equipment for proper powder weights
- Ability to read and write
- Lift 50-75 lbs. frequently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Lift and pour 35 lbs. of powder overhead continuously
- Stand, reach, bend, and kneel throughout shift
- Work continuously in hot environment
- Use pry bars and hand tools at or above chest level
- Good peripheral vision, near and mid-range sight
- Ability to recognize color differences
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Steel toe shoes required
