A local manufacturing company is hiring for production line workers! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.

Responsibilities
- Assist with rubber production processes
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must not be allergic to latex/rubber
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Great attendance and dependability
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
- Team player with flexibility to work in various departments
- Weekly pay
