Location: Between Monterey and Crossville, TN (Highway 70N)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 1:45am (Saturdays as needed)
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Position Overview:We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Specialists to join our team at a leading local charcoal manufacturing facility. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dusty setting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 1:45am (Saturdays as needed)
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Position Overview:We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Specialists to join our team at a leading local charcoal manufacturing facility. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dusty setting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on the production and packaging lines, including:
- Stacking bags of charcoal on pallets (weights range from 8 to 60 lbs.)
- Hand baling and folding
- Operating baler machines
- General cleanup duties
- Rotate through different job positions during the shift to support team efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to consistently lift and turn with weights up to 60 lbs. (50 lbs. regularly)
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attendance and reliable transportation to and from work
- Individuals with respiratory issues (e.g., severe asthma or allergies) may find this environment challenging
