- Source and identify qualified candidates for various job openings
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Present qualified candidates to clients and help facilitate hiring decisions
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Network within the community to find new candidates
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong evaluation and assessment abilities
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Understanding of labour market trends in various industries
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressures
