Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds
- Install and hook up production equipment and electrical wiring systems
- Maintain facility equipment including compressors, boilers, pumps, and water treatment systems
- Assist with basic part fabrication and work alongside contractors when needed
- Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Support food safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or trade school training preferred (Industrial Electronics, Electrical, etc.)
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
- Proficient with tools such as lathes, drill presses, calipers, micrometers, and welding equipment
- Ability to read machine drawings and wiring diagrams
- Must be available for on-call work and flexible with shift changes and overtime
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and 100 lbs. with assistance
- Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and confined environments
